The Ian Parry Scholarship 2012 is currently being offered to young photographers who are either attending a full-time photographic course or are under 24. This scholarship is named in honor of Ian Parry, a “photojournalist who died while on assignment for The Sunday Times during the Romanian revolution in 1989?. If you are applying, you must submit examples of your work from your portfolio and a brief synopsis of a project you would undertake if you won. The top prize is £3,000 (about $4900 in USD) and £500 (about $820) for runners-up.
