Description
The Davidson Fellows Scholarship awards $50,000, $25,000 and $10,000 scholarships award to extraordinary young people, 18 and under, who have completed a significant piece of work.

Scholarship Foundation - The Winston Churchill Foundation Scholarship, USA

Description
The Winston Churchill Foundation awards at least fourteen Scholarships. The one-year awards lead to the Master of Philosophy (MPhil), the Certificate of Post-Graduate Study (CPGS in a only a few fields of study), the Master of Advanced Study in Mathematics (MASM, formerly known as CASM, the Certificate of Advanced Study in Mathematics).

Eligibility
An applicant for the Churchill Scholarship grant must be a citizen of the United States, either native born or naturalized, and must be a senior who is enrolled in one of the institutions participating in the Scholarship Program or a student who has recently graduated from one of those institutions. Upon taking up the Churchill Scholarship, a Churchill Scholar must be between the ages of 19 and 26, must hold a bachelor's degree or an equivalent, and may not have attained a doctorate.

(Grant Scholarship) Undergraduate Scholarship For Teacher In Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM), USA

Description
The AFCEA Educational Foundation is offering 50 grant scholarships of $5,000 each to students actively pursuing an undergraduate degree, graduate degree or credential/licensure for the purpose of teaching STEM (science, technology, engineering or math) subjects at a U.S. middle or secondary school.  The scholarships are made possible by generous contributions from Booz Allen Hamilton, Terremark Worldwide, AFCEA International and several of AFCEA’s regional chapters. 

In addition to the $5,000 scholarship, each graduating AFCEA STEM Scholar can receive a $1,000 AFCEA STEM Teaching Tools grant each year for three years if the recipient continues teaching a STEM subject.  These grants can be used to fund hardware and software, other classroom tools, field trips, STEM-focused clubs and other activities.

Eligibility
To be eligible for this Scholarship Award, students must be U.S. citizens with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent). Undergraduate candidates must be attending an accredited U.S. college or university on-campus and majoring in secondary education or a STEM field for the purpose of teaching STEM subjects in a U.S. middle or secondary school. Undergraduate applications will be accepted from current sophomores, juniors, and seniors.  Graduate-level candidates must be currently enrolled in at least two semester-equivalent classes at an accredited U.S. college or university.  Credential and licensure students must have completed a bachelor’s degree in a STEM major.

The Barry M. Goldwater Scholarship, USA

Description
The Barry M. Goldwater Scholarship provides $7,500 per year for educational expenses to sophomores and juniors majoring in math, science, and engineering. The purpose of the award is to encourage outstanding students to pursue careers and advanced degrees in these fields. The foundation awards up to 300 Goldwater Scholarships nationwide; UC Berkeley can nominate four students for the award.

Eligibility

Simons Graduate Fellowships in Theoretical Computer Science By Simons Foundation, USA

Description
A Simons Graduate Fellowship is awarded for a period of two years. An awardee must be a graduate student for the duration of the Fellowship. Each award will provide annual support for the following:

    Fellowship stipend as set by the student’s institution.
    Tuition and fees at the student's institution, to the extent previously covered by other outside funding.
    $3,000 in additional support for the student to use at his/her discretion.
    $5,000 per year toward the student’s health insurance and other fringe benefits.
    $5,000 per year for travel, books, a computer and other supplies.
    $5,000 in institutional overhead allowance.

Eligibility
To be eligible the applicant must be a Ph.D. student at a U.S. institution of higher education. A track record of outstanding results in theoretical computer science is the key criterion. There is a limit of one application per university. Please coordinate with the Department Chair.

Description
The Washington State Opportunity Scholarship helps low- and middle-income Washington State residents earn first bachelor’s degrees in science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM) and health care. The ComFormCrypt project aims at delivering new insights to the relationship between the symbolic and computational models of cryptography, clarifying the applicability and limitations of existing approaches to this problem, and at providing sound mathematical foundations for this problem.
